back in brissy

back in brissy already. weather here is hot HOT hot ..just like home..except the air is generally cleaner..=) nothing much changed, though my room has. it is now more expensive and the size of it is smaller, and my tv is smaller and i have no more ikea furniture! boohoo....ok i shall stop whining but i really hope i can find a better place soon. God is good...it seems that ur prayers get answered especially when ur really desperate....like when i first arrived i was actually so lonely. ha ha maybe hard to picture me lonely huh but i am human. Then the next day, one of my church frens contacted me with some frens who were looking for a place too..amen! at least the ardous task of finding a place is funner when u have others to look with...so yeah..still looking! please pray i find a good place...so blur now..ak..had to go to cyber cafe three times so far to use internet...terribly wallet-busting...its like 3 dollars an hour here...and sitting among DOTA addicts..haha

city life is good..banking and shopping is easy and there really is a 'living' atmostphere around..the buzz..the smell of coffee..dunno how long i will still enjoy that though. i am really in the non-cooking mood now. i need jamie oliver to inspire me! hahaha..cant imagine what i will cook for the whole year.

uni hasn't started yet but this week is O-WEEK ..orientation week so various stuffs going on. Going for CCM (Campus Christian Movement)....the ppl there are really helpful and i met some law buddies already though i dont think we will be taking the same subjects because we are at diff levels but its comforting..i am not alone with the Railways Act 1991 kinda thing hahahaha!

well still got admin stuff to settle..credits to transfer...hopefully i wont be the nomad student anymore..heh! gtg now....have no internet at home and no land phone either..so technology deprived..and Uni of Queensland's computers have no MSN msger on it...ahhhhhhhhhhh!! i will survive...i will survive...
