to market to market..

went to the west end markets today..i think brisbane is a funny city because the city centre doesnt have a big market unlike other cities..paddy's in sydney, queen vic's in melb, central in adelaide..all our markets are out in the suburbs somewhere..neway set out at 10.30 am and got back at 2 hahaha...got lots of cheap stuff vegies...really much cheaper than coles..went out with uncle toby, jacq and her french and german housemate and friends!! fun fun..shared a Langos..pronounced...laaaaaangos.. it was hungarian garlic bread...with sourcream, cheese and tomato sauce..seems like a yau-char-kuai crossed with pizza..^^i like all these funny foreign food.. the markets were quite big selling stuff from honey, tomatoes, jewellery, old bits and pieces to hippy-like clothes and gypsy-like organic coffee...(tasted quite nice)...was so HOTTTT today..got fish too...the nice ole man scaled them for me though his wife said they don't scale small fish..aha! guess it is the pitiful student look -duno -how- to- clean -fish look..=p
dont't know how people enjoy shopping for dresses..i find buying them under the pressure of time is so stressful...so difficult to find an affordable piece that fits properly at all places..nearly went mad, in the end bought something that saw earlier but neglected in hope of finding a better one (which i didn't get to find)...guess that is life ..ain't it a kick in the head? when u see something sort of good but u want something better...in the end you may risk losing it anyway..
anywhow went back relieved with chipped nails..no more such things for this year...
