beh ..sorry for the late post..
was typing one half way then my dear computer died..
anyway..went to ipswich that day with care group to have a look at the place n people..
ipswich is kinda like a town/regional centre 19 trainstops down from where i live, and UQ has another campus there...
but along the main streets, not many young people, and it wasn't very multicultural..just a lot of seniors, unless the young people slept in really really late on sat morning from a nite out haha..
exceedingly pretty library but there was noone in uni! okay it was a saturday but it was nearing exams so i thought it will at least be more populated...
the most modern place we came across was the art gallery..
on the way back stopped at darra, a vietnamese suburb to have lunch..had pipis!! slurrrp..miss seafood...
