spent the weekend at mt. tamborine at unit getaway...sort of like care group retreat..thank God the place was not too bad..was kinda going up there on good faith because had no black and white documents to show we got the place, nor did we pay any money for it because the owners of the house wanted us to pay after we stayed there.. according to what I did in contracts..that is not a wise choice..but good thing everything worked out anyway.. ^^
got to mop the floor the first time this year (my house is carpeted..haha)
got to spend time talking to people and getting to know abt them more..the bathroom is a pretty good place to do that haha..
got to do a bit of trailwalking to a waterfall..which i heard was nice but due to the drought prolly, it seemed to be reduced to the size of a big monsoon drain..-,-
got to eat spaghetti out of a huge pot that the cooks said could feed a kampung (quote)
got to see the sunset on the coldest mountain top I have been to in Australia, it's because of the wind, think if i jumped up, I could be blown down the slope..
got to see people leaving avocados out on tables and putting out boxes to put the money in...such honesty! (shall post pics lateR)
seems that spring is coming somewhat, with some showers lately...and is it just me or do i see more flowers blooming everywhere?
got my computer sort of fixed..even the broken screen! feels nice to have a working computer...hurrah hurrah!
ish....exams coming..along with many other things on my mind...i want a private island..
